       Ningbo J.B.J Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of automotive engineering equipment and components. Centered on cold extrusion technology, it integrates stamping, cutting, grinding and other precision metal processing techniques, delivering full-spectrum supporting manufacturing capabilities.

    The company mainly produces cold-extruded parts such as universal joint crosses, differential cross shafts and yokes. Our products feature high precision, short lead times and cost competitiveness, with an annual output of over 40 million universal/differential cross shafts and more than 6 million yokes. We also independently develop production equipment: three large-scale cold extrusion hydraulic presses of over 10,000 tons, plus over 40 self-developed hydraulic presses within 1,000 tons. Custom dedicated machine tools for cross shafts and universal joints have also been developed, realizing integrated operation of in-house equipment manufacturing and component production.

    Boasting over 30 years of technological expertise, the company holds more than 80 patents in total, including over 20 invention patents (14 newly granted in the past five years). We have obtained IATF16949 certification, and been recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise and Ningbo Municipal Engineering Technology Center. Our accolades include Industrial Technological Innovation Award, Advanced Enterprise for Intellectual Property Rights, and Advanced Unit for Industrial Transformation & Upgrading. In 2024, our dual-spindle dual-station turn-mill composite machine tool was listed as a provincial and municipal first-set major technical equipment product.
